When the wonderful news came that i was going to be a mum to my son Alfie, now 18months old, it was an exciting time. Getting everything ready for his arrival - clothes, furniture, decorationg the nursery... Except, living in rented accomadation ment decorating his room wasnt going to be such an exciting time as i was very limited to what i could do. No painting, no wallpaper - nothing. All i had to work with was a few picture hooks. I went in search of 'things' to hang that would make his bland room more personal to him but never really came across anything that stood out. I had come across a personalised wooden door sign but decided i could do just as good a job myself. So, with the help of my dad (finding and cutting me some wood!) i set to it. And from that Amie's Eco Babies was born!
Everything you find on my site is made by hand - all the wooden items are cut to size by us, and then hand painted and decorated. I take pride in what i do and felt i should share my work with others who maybe, like me, are in search of something with that extra special personal touch.

Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 5 days. Orders are sent first class using Royal Mail, however this depends on prices and an alternative courier service may be used to keep postage costs down. We will always inform you if there is an unexpected delay.
Whilst the majority of orders that we send first class are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.

We, here at Amie’s Eco Babies, are proud to support the Little Princess Trust.
Little Princess Trust is a remarkable charity that provides real hair wigs to children suffering hair loss primarily due to cancer treatments. Little Princess Trust supply and fully fund the best wigs available from all over the world, especially designed for children. Also providing personal fitting and styling to ensure the wig is as close as possible to the original hair. Most children cope remarkably well when their hair falls out. For some children however, this can be very upsetting. This is particularly true of young girls.
We have been closely following the help and support between the Little Princess Trust and Emily Edwards. Emily, my cousin, got alopecia aged just 2 years old and her life was transformed when the Little Princess Trust was able to give Emily her first real hair wig made especially for her.
For this reason we have decided we want to take every opportunity to try and help support and raise funds for this amazing charity.
