Delivery Once payment has been received we aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days and will notify you immediatly if there will be a delay. If for any reason a product is out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of when it should arrive to enable us to complete your order, you will also be given the option to substitute with an item of equal or greater value or to cancel your order. For multiple orders, if the delay will be significant, we will offer separate shipping for in-stock items. Most orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail. However depending on the size and value of your order a different courier service may be used to keep postage costs to a minimum. If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery or any other service please contact us to discuss. Whilst the majority of orders that we send first class to UK addresses are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately does not guarantee that this will always be the case. |

Returns Policy
At
Amie’s Eco Babies we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some
reason you are not satisfied - please contact us and we will happily arrange an exchange or refund
in accordance with the policies below.
Refunds - refunds will only be issued within 30 days and only
where the goods are shown to be faulty. Please contact us at Amie’s Eco Babies BEFORE sending the
parcel back and we will arrange to refund your payment (excluding any delivery
charges) after inspection of the goods. All returns made without authorisation
will not be honoured.
Exchanges - we will happily exchange your product for goods to
the same value minus delivery charges, provided they are returned to us in the
original condition (unopened) within 30 days of original purchase. You may
exchange for higher priced items by paying the balance however we are unable to
refund if you choose a cheaper item. There will be a delivery charge on the
exchange unless we made a mistake with your order. To arrange an exchange,
please contact us first.

We recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery or another means of
tracked delivery system. Amie’s Eco Babies cannot accept any responsibility for
loss of or damage to goods until they are received by us.
Cancellations - To cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept
cancellations for products that have already been shipped.
Please note that this policy in no way replaces or limits your statutory
rights.
